Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Personalized or custom items may require additional time.
Orders are not shipped on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for shipping carriers to deliver your package. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USA & Canada): 5–10 business days

International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, bad weather, or carrier issues.
Shipping time does not include order processing time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Tina’s Touch is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
All charges applied after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
