Our satisfaction guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No hassle, no runaround.
To get this resolved quickly, please email us at info@tinastouch.ca with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Returns & exchanges
Because our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering — it's listed on every product page.
If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right fit.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to investigate and find a solution.
For packages marked as delivered but reported missing, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier — we'll provide all the documentation and tracking details you need to do this quickly.
Delayed packages
Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather. If your order is significantly overdue, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
